Research visit: Application of quantum annealing technology to solve practical optimization problems

The goal of the project is a month long research trip to the Department of Physics, University of Maryland, Baltimore County, USA, aimed at continuing joint research on the application of quantum annealing technology to solve logistics problems. As part of the planned research trip, joint research will be initiated focused on open problems regarding the possibility of using algorithms supported by quantum annealing and those inspired by physics to analyze and solve practical optimization problems.
